A business usually gets stuck in one of two places. Outside: nobody can tell what you do, or why it's worth paying for. Inside: the person running it is making decisions from a place too tight to think straight. Web design is systems thinking applied outward — taking something complicated and making its structure obvious. Coaching is the same discipline turned inward — giving a pressured mind enough room to see the situation as it actually is. I offer both because, in practice, they are the same work.
