This policy explains what information Magnetize (“we”, “us”) collects when you use magnetizeweb.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Magnetize is a web design studio run by Matt Kelley.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

Form submissions. When you use a contact or website scorecard form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, website URL, service area, project details, and message.
Booking details. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and the time you choose.
Emails. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare website feedback or a scorecard video, and schedule calls.
To provide and manage services if we work together.
To send occasional follow-up emails related to your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the site and business. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

Webflow — website hosting and form handling
Google Workspace — email and documents
Calendly — call scheduling
Loom — recording website feedback videos
Apollo.io — email outreach, which may record whether emails are opened or links are clicked

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies set by Webflow and embedded tools such as Calendly so they work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed to respond, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
